I sought coaching as I was starting to struggle with my weight, I had a lack of knowledge on macros, gut health etc. Elizabeth has given me the support to look at my diet a different way and realise how important gut health is.
I thought Elizabeth’s tone and approach in person and on video calls was brilliant. There was no judgement and it appeared she was really listening to what you were saying by occasionally noting down your responses. She gave good advice and hints and tips. There was never any pressure to achieve goals and the goals set never appeared unachievable. They were always realistic.
What I did really appreciate which you get the impression others don’t is what you do for a living. My job is highly demanding and very unpredictable therefore a routine is not possible. For some people this would be hard to appreciate but she understood and realised some days no matter how much I wanted to or tried, I wouldn’t be able to e.g. have time to exercise or drink a certain amount of water. There was never any judgement.
